Quality Assurance Plan

For each KTC-led assignment, KTC develops a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) that is individually tailored to the specific project. The QAP includes: Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement. The QAP is updated throughout the life of the project as needed.

Quality Manager

KTC assigns a Quality Manager is responsible to implement and oversee the Quality Approach to ensure that KTC has met or exceeded the elevated principles of quality that customers have come to expect as the standard. All project deliverables go through a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and peer review process, clearly outlined in the QAP, to ensure the work products are error free and meets all the requirements within the framework as provided by the ISO 9001 Quality Processes. The Quality Manager implements ISO standards that were specifically designed for the industry in question and thereby shapes broad requisites of quality into a more streamlined and useful standard. KTC assembles a review checklist that outlines applicable guidelines and standards to anticipate variables that may impact deliverables and work products. KTC utilizes the lessons learned from its extensive experience to ensure continuous improvement at every level.
